Is this you?

Power-full?

Do you think of yourself as a power-full woman? Would you like to think of yourself that way? Or, if you don’t identify as a woman, perhaps something in this speaks to you nevertheless?

That could mean that maybe you’ve hit a snag in life. Things were going along swimmingly but then you hit  a bump and your usual skills and good habits aren’t quite up to the task.

A power-full woman recognizes she’s matured and wants to update or introduce self-care and personal growth practices so she can live in integrity with your deepest values.

Progressive?

Do you think of yourself as a political lefty? Are ‘progressive’ or ‘radical’ terms you might use to describe yourself? Might you even say you’re an anarchist?

Labels aside, you see the world from a point of view that recognizes the dynamics of power and privilege as they play out with respect to gender, sexual identity, affective preference, economics and class, racialization and physical dis/ability, to name only a few. You walk your path of self-growth acknowledging the impact of these factors on your wellbeing.

Spiritual?

You have some kind of relationship with spirituality or religion, even if it’s an antagonistic one. Perhaps have a sense that something is there for you but you’re tired of wading through the crap to get to the good stuff. Or maybe you’d call yourself “a recovering [insert religious label here];” the old way doesn’t fit any more but there was a baby somewhere in that bathwater with which you’d like to reconnect.

Recovering/Uncovering/Discovering?

Have you been on a 12-step path of some sort or are you in a relationship with someone who is? Do you consider yourself a survivor of trauma? You’ve been through the tough stuff of early recovery (getting clean or sober; recovering and addressing your memories; acknowledging and working on codependence). You are several years into your recovery and you want to enhance or deepen it, taking your wellness and serenity to the next level. Maybe you’d enjoy support for connecting more deeply with and working steps 10, 11 and 12.

If you recognize yourself or feel drawn to what I’ve written above, I hope you will find the services, events and information and thoughts I offer to be of some support as you travel the path of personal growth, inquiry and wellness.

And be sure to check out the free stuff too!
