• Review and refine the plan you made during the workshop:

  • Assess your current situation

  • Identify your lead and lag indicators for your mental and emotional well-being

  • Make adjustments to your plan as necessary

• Conduct a weekly review to assess, review and plant for your mental and emotional well being

• Identify supports for ongoing implementation and mental and emotional wellbeing 

Support options

• 90-minute live session to review and refine your plan (video or phone): $499
• Add-on: voice note coaching and support for implementation: $250 for 30 days
